Do You Need to Replace Your License Plate?

Join me on Sept. 7 for a License Plate Exchange Event from 9 a.m. until noon at my district office, located at 1075 South Main St., Greensburg. This event, which is rain or shine, is being held in conjunction with local law enforcement to evaluate if your license plate is legible. Any loss of reflectivity, peeling or other damage that prevents the plate from being read 50 feet away could merit a new plate. Law enforcement will determine if you need a new plate, and my staff will assist with the appropriate PennDOT paperwork for replacement. Unless you request a specialty plate, there is no replacement fee. Please call 724-600-7002 for more information. Team Ward is looking forward to helping you. See you there!

  

The Supervisors' Monthly Meeting is held on the 2nd Monday* of each month at 5:00pm, at the Donegal Township Municipal Building, which is located off Route 31, across from the Caddie Shak Amusement Center.

*If that Monday is a holiday, then the meeting is held on the following night.

New Business:  Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2024-4, An Ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of Donegal Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania Establishing For Mandatory Connections To The Public Sanitary Sewer System. 

 

                              Motion to approve a letter to be sent to Pike Run Country Club as Donegal Township has been asked to comment on a pending application by the Pike Run Country Club’s submission to the PA Game Commission for a Non-Commercial Regulated Hunting Permit.  The Township Board of Supervisors has been advised that this will allow the Club Members to hunt on the Club Property.  At the meeting of the Board held September 9, 2024, the Board voted to support this application as submitted by the Pike Run Country Club. 

                                Motion to approve the Minimum Municipal Obligation Worksheet for Donegal Township for the 2025 Pension bill. 

                                Motion to open the 2025 Donegal Township Budget Talks.
